Liam McBane becomes San Diego Symphony Artistic Assistant

Liam McBane (viola, Fall Into Spring 2013-2014) is now the Artistic Assistant for San Diego Symphony. Liam graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Music. He is an accomplished pianist, also playing violin and viola, but has been working toward arts management. He wasted no time landing the position of Assistant Production Manager of National Repertory Orchestra right after graduation. It’s up, up, up from here!

Liam is the son of ASO violist and Franklin Pond faculty member, Lachlan McBane.
