The audience at Mt. Vernon Towers in Sandy Springs is always a joy. They are very supportive of the students and very welcoming. The sun porch is a lovely room with windows all around and they always have things set up beautifully for us. The boys had to learn the trick of turning the microphone on and off — just another thing to worry about along with playing and talking — but they got the hang of it pretty soon and did a good job of announcing their pieces. Thank you Cindy Hewlett for inviting us the last two years. We’ve enjoyed our concerts there immensely.
