Student wins ASO Composition Contest!

Franklin Pond student, cellist and composer, Mason Johnston has just won the 2014 Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Next Generation Student Composition Contest.  Inspired by the moon, his new piece, Dominus, will be performed on the Atlanta Symphony’s Concert for Young People called Space: Music of the Universe, conducted by Assistant Conductor Joseph Young.
