Season of Masterclasses

If anyone was looking for inspiration, they needed to be at David Coucheron’s masterclass on Saturday, October 11, when he worked with Franklin Pond students. Pure music, many wise words, and lessons to be learned by all.

This is the first of three masterclases this fall. On Saturday, October 18 (3:00 – 5:00), there will be a class at the Woodruff Arts Center with Si-Yan Darren Li, cellist on the faculty of Cleveland Institute of Music. On Saturday, November 15 (4:00), Inon Barnatan, the pianist in the performing duo the next day of Weilerstein/Barnatan, will give a masterclass in Carnes Hall (next to Spivey Hall).

All masterclasses are free and open to everyone to attend.
